The quality of our fabric starts right from the yarn – it’s the sum of its parts and the foundation of all our workwear.
• Expert Dyeing & Colour Fastness : We take colour seriously. Our fabrics are dyed to strict standards, ensuring long- lasting vibrancy and durability. Once dyed and dried, every batch undergoes thorough quality checks and performance testing. We also prioritise sustainability. Our dyeing process follows environmental standards set by GRS and OekoTex® with water usage tracked and disclosed for every garment.
• Uncompromising Fabric Testing : Before any fabric is cut or sewn, it’s put through another round of quality control. We test for strength, consistency and performance – only the best materials make it to final production. At ØRN, durability matters. • Precision Manufacturing : Every ØRN garment is made to perform. We use double or triple stitching where it counts, and all triple-stitching on main seams come with a lifetime guarantee. We only use premium YKK zips because we know a broken zip ends a garment’s life. Our non-scratch stud is just as reliable and guaranteed too.
